By downloading or using the Dama World app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should read them carefully before using the app.

Attempting to extract the source code, translate the app, or produce derivative versions is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property, trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other related rights remain the property of Emre Soyyigit.

2. App Use and Updates

Emre Soyyigit strives to ensure that Dama World is useful and efficient. We reserve the right to modify the app, update its features, or make changes to its services at any time. You agree to accept updates to the app as they are offered.

The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. Emre Soyyigit may also discontinue the app at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the app end and you must delete the app from your device.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Dama World offers in-app subscriptions that are managed exclusively through Google Play and Apple App Store. All payments, cancellations, refunds, and renewals are processed by these platforms.

You must follow the respective store’s procedures to manage your subscription.

Emre Soyyigit does not directly handle subscription payments.

Any questions regarding billing or refunds should be directed to Google Play or Apple App Store support.

4. Personal Data and Security

The app collects and processes personal data you provide (such as email or username) to deliver the service. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure. Avoid jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which can compromise device security and affect app functionality.

5. Connectivity

Certain functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Emre Soyyigit is not responsible for poor app performance or additional data charges. Data roaming costs are your responsibility if you use the app outside your home region.

Although we strive to keep the app accurate and updated, we rely on third-party data and services. Emre Soyyigit is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your use of the app.

You are responsible for maintaining your device’s battery and ensuring proper operation of the app.
